Fellow Citizens
Worth Watching
The election is behind us. But the people who showed up — who gave their time, their energy, and their conviction to this community — are still here. A.J. is grateful to have run alongside neighbors like these, and she believes their voices are worth paying attention to long after November.
A Neighbor Worth Knowing
Ray Petersen
Apple Valley, Minnesota
Ray is a neighbor, a veteran, and a man of genuine principle. He served this country in the Navy and brought that same sense of duty home to his community. A.J. had the privilege of running alongside Ray and watching him show up — at doors, at forums, at every event — with the same quiet integrity he carried in uniform. Win or lose, men like Ray are exactly the kind of citizens Minnesota needs more of.
A Navy veteran and Apple Valley neighbor who gave everything to this race.
A Neighbor Worth Knowing
Andrew Hattaway
Apple Valley, Minnesota
Andrew is a first responder who stepped up to run because he believed his community deserved better representation. He understands what it means to serve — not for recognition, but because the work matters. A.J. is grateful to have shared a ballot with someone who cares so deeply about the families of this district. His voice on issues like homeowner protections and public safety is one worth continuing to follow.
A first responder and community advocate who ran with heart and conviction.
Good citizenship doesn't require winning an election. It requires showing up, speaking honestly, and caring about the people around you. A.J. is proud to know neighbors who embody that — and she hopes you'll keep watching what they do next.
